Not at all! We know you are busy. Many of our customers leave their laundry hampers or suit bags in a safe designated space (like a porch, outbuilding, or with a trusted neighbour) for contactless collection. Just let us know your preferences when booking your collection online, and we will safely collect and return your items to that spot.

For our standard wash, dry, fold and professional ironing services, items are completed and returned within 5 working days, often within 48 to 72 hours (with a guaranteed Express Return option available at checkout).

For our specialist dry cleaning, we require a standard turnaround time of up to 7 days. This allows us to properly treat delicate fabrics, heavy winter coats, and formalwear to ensure a flawless, damage-free finish. Priority dry cleaning turnarounds are available upon request.

We offer specialist dry cleaning for over 70 distinct items. Our most popular requests include two-piece and three-piece business suits, delicate evening dresses, wedding dresses, heavy winter coats, and bulky home furnishings like curtains and thick winter duvets. If it requires specialist care, our premium dry cleaning service can handle it safely.

Yes, we provide delicate, professional dry cleaning for wedding dresses and bridal wear. Because these are highly cherished and intricate garments, they are processed with specialist care to remove stains and preserve the fabric for years to come. We collect directly from your home so you don’t have to carry your dress to the high street.

Unlike bulk commercial cleaners, we exclusively use premium, non-bio, and eco-friendly detergents. They are incredibly tough on stains but perfectly gentle on sensitive skin and safe for the environment. We also offer luxury scented shampoo upgrades for an incredibly fresh, long-lasting boutique finish.

Never. We are an independent, bespoke garment care service. Your clothing is always washed and dried completely separately in dedicated machines to ensure ultimate hygiene and individual care.

Yes! Our large-capacity machines are perfect for tackling bulky bed linens, sheets, and towels. For heavy winter duvets (feather, down, or synthetic) that will not fit in a domestic washing machine, our dry cleaning and specialist laundering service is the perfect solution. (Please note: We currently do not process heavily soiled pet bedding to maintain our strict hygiene standards).

We return your items exactly how you want them. Typically, business shirts, dry-cleaned suits, dresses, and delicate items are professionally pressed, protected, and returned on hangers. Casual items, t-shirts, and everyday linens are immaculately folded so they are ready to go straight into your wardrobe.

We use high-end, commercial steam generators operating at 50-psi. This allows us to achieve a flawless, boutique-standard finish that domestic irons simply cannot match. All items are meticulously pressed in a dedicated smoke-free and pet-free studio.

Our subscription packages are the ultimate time-saver for busy professionals and families! You securely purchase a bundle of wash or ironing credits upfront at a heavily discounted rate. You then have 3 generous months to use those credits across unlimited free doorstep collections. It is a flexible, “set and forget” system with zero rigid contracts.

We make payment incredibly easy and secure. We accept all major credit/debit cards via our online booking system. For on-demand services (like wash & fold or dry cleaning), simply choose your preferred payment method when booking, and we will send a secure payment link once your items have been accurately counted and processed in our studio.
